SHIPPING & DELIVERY
France Shipping: The shipping costs for France are at a flat rate of 5€. For all purchases over 800€, shipping is free. The work will be shipped through colisimo, and a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for artwork delivery.
Europe Shipping: The shipping costs for Europe are at a flat rate of 10€. For all purchases over 800€, shipping is free. The work will be shipped through the french post and a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for artwork delivery.
International Shipping: The shipping costs for Europe are at a flat rate of 20€. Shipping may take up to 3 weeks for all purchases. Where possible, works will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, and a tracking number will be provided.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
When shipping internationally, I will always declare the full, exact value of the purchase on the customs declaration form. I do not make any exceptions to this rule. Depending on your country, this may mean that you have to pay an import or VAT tax on that amount to customs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The policy lasts 50 days. If more than 50 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
If your order arrives in poor condition, please get in touch and explain the issue. If there is damage to the product, please send digital photos along with your request and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. I will then email you with the address and instructions for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. At that time, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which should complete within twenty days.
If the artwork is not damaged, but you are unsatisfied with it, I will provide a full refund minus the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact me and I will provide an address for returns.
Please return artwork in the protective packaging it arrived in.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the artwork.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
The amount of time it may take for the exchanged artwork to reach you may depend on where you live.
When shipping a return, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item. If you return a order and the order never arrives, I cannot refund that order.
If you are returning an undamaged work because you are unsatisfied with the product, I cannot refund the order if the returned work arrives damaged. In this case, filing a claim with the shipping service is the best means of recourse. For this reason, I advise that you use shipping insurance when returning products.
